How does it work?
Click here to start TeamViewer. There is a program downloaded to your PC and you get the following message :

You will see 2 numbers nl an ID and Password. Both numbers need to pass to the person who wants to take over your screen. Whoever wants to take over your PC run these numbers and then get your screen, and everything you booted. Do not worry if your mouse suddenly starts to move!
The background of your screen temporarily disappears and this is in the lower right corner of your PC are:
By clicking "Tools" button you can "Chat" start with the person who has taken over your PC:
If you're in the previous screen, click on the big gray X is disconnected.

For the record: Before assistance will be provided you will be prompted to give your address and email address so after an invoice can be sent.
