General
Conditions are often rightly seen as 'difficult small print'. We believe that this is not necessary and that in these conditions in very understandable language about things like price, delivery, payment date and exactly what is purchased can be spoken.
Because not everyone is aware of the contents of the statutory procedure that applies to a contract, we begin with an explanation of the main points of your statutory rights as a buyer.

A supplier is required by law to supply goods which have the properties that a buyer might expect under the contract he has signed with the supplier (conformity). This play with the product type and the announcements about the supplier has done. For example, that the product has special properties. Incidentally, it is wise for all such matters than clarity or separate written record. The buyer may also continue to rely on advertising from the manufacturer, unless the supplier explicitly expressed its disagreement with these statements. For the record, we have included a declaration of conformity 6.
Where the product was not the properties that under the purchase agreement could be expected, the purchaser may, in addition to any other rights the law grants him (eg deferred payment), the supplier's requirements:
- Delivery of what is missing;
- Repair of the defects, unless this is impossible or seller can not be demanded;
or
- Replacement, unless this is impossible or seller can not be required.
The supplier can refuse to repair or replacement if the cost is in proportion to other reasonable solutions, for example, reduce the purchase price or refund the purchase price and compensation for any damage suffered.
